Breeding philosophy
Our breeding philosophy spans over 30 years of experience that brings us to these basic points of interests when selecting pairs to breed:
Balance- is key in a utility dog. Balance of the mind, and in body. We can discuss this in detail in person for hours. Temperament- we look for stability in the nerves, strong character yet handler oriented with a willingness to please. Drive- individuals must have these drives in this order; prey, food, and pack drive. You need these drives in adequate amounts to gain proficiency in any task. Beauty- we believe in a having an attractive dog. Yes, this is possible. Attractive working dogs are bountiful, and require a little extra effort to seek out. |
