ADRIAN MORENO
Founder, Head Trainer
Adrian Moreno is a world class trainer, breeder, and pioneer of French RingSport in Chicago. His passion for Ringsport was ignited after living abroad and training in France in the early 1990s. He competed in the 1990s to the early 2000s, excelling as an internationally recognized decoy and handler. In the sport of French Ring, there is no higher distinction for a decoy than to achieve the Level 3 Certification Status. Adrian is a key figure in French Ring Sport history stateside as the first American to certify as a Level 3 French Ringsport decoy. Adrian's career in competition French Ring spanned nearly 20 years, where he served as a decoy in over 50 trials and selected 7 times as a National Championship French Ring Decoy in Mexico, USA, and Canada. Following several years of rigorous training and competition, Adrian returned home to Chicago to foster a broader community around French Ringsport. He has since gained extensive experience titling working dogs and developing clubs in the Chicago area including the Windy City Ringsport Club.
Adrian has over 30 years of professional experience in the dog industry where he has become an invaluable resource consulting for professional trainers and law enforcement across the country. His ventures over the past decade have been a reflection of his profound industry knowledge, encompassing canine behavior, nutrition, breeding, and development. After years of traveling for seminars and competition, he has set roots at his Training Dojo serving clients in the greater Chicagoland, North Shore, and Northwest Indiana regions.

Owner and head trainer of All Phases Dog Training. Provided hands on private classes as well as boarding services in Chicago. Operated two downtown facilities with consistent quality for over a decade. Featured in WGN News and consulted for law enforcement K9 units.
Champ des Legendes Kennel
Founded Champ des Legendes Kennel in 1990. Based in Chicago with French roots and championship lineage. A focused breeding program producing elite working dogs known for their stable temperament, quality drive, and correct form.
