​Adrian Moreno is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished and multifaceted professionals in the working dog field. A rare combination of elite trainer, innovator, and industry pioneer, Adrian has spent more than three decades shaping the landscape of professional dog training, breeding, and working dog development in the United States.

Adrian earned a four-year degree in Psychology from Purdue University, where his early academic focus on behavioral science laid the intellectual foundation for his lifelong pursuit of understanding canine behavior and performance. That passion would ultimately lead him to develop a training philosophy grounded in observation, communication, and the precise reading of canine instinct and temperament.

While on his journey to becoming a world class trainer and recognized breeder, Adrian Moreno became an avid dog sport competitor and pioneer of French RingSport in the United States. His passion for Ringsport was ignited after living abroad and training in France in the early 1990s. He competed in the 1990s to the early 2000s, excelling as an internationally decorated decoy and respected handler. In the sport of French Ring, there is no higher distinction for a decoy than to achieve the Level 3 Certification Status. Adrian is a key figure in French Ring Sport history stateside as the first American to certify as a Level 3 French Ringsport decoy. Adrian's career in competition French Ring spanned nearly 20 years, where he served as a decoy in over 50 trials and selected 7 times as a National Championship French Ring Decoy in Mexico, USA, and Canada. Following several years of rigorous training and competition, Adrian returned home to Chicago to foster a broader community around French Ringsport.

In the early years of working dog sport development in the Midwest, Adrian played a pivotal role in introducing French Ring Sport to Chicago, organizing and hosting the city’s first dog sport trial at Potawatomi Park in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. His efforts helped establish the foundation for the growth of international working dog sports in the region. He has since gained extensive experience titling working dogs and developing clubs in the Chicago area including the Windy City Ringsport Club.

A true self-starter who believes success is earned rather than given, Adrian opened his first training facility, All Phases Dog Training, in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood at Lawrence and California Avenue. From those early beginnings, he began building a reputation for producing well-trained working dogs and developing serious handlers.

Adrian’s creativity extends far beyond the training field. Recognizing the lack of professional-quality equipment available in the United States during the 1990s, he founded EuroChien International, a French-based bite suit company that helped fill a critical gap in the American working dog market.

Always pushing the boundaries of performance and canine health, Adrian later developed RaFoBa (Raw Food Basics)—a premium dog food formula created to meet the nutritional demands of high-performance working and competition dogs within his kennel.

Throughout his career Adrian has built a reputation not only as an elite trainer, but also as a creator and architect within the canine industry. His work spans product design, training equipment development, kennel and retail facility design, holistic canine nutrition, and the breeding of internationally recognized champion Boxers.

Outside of the dog world, Adrian is an accomplished soccer player with numerous achievements both as a competitor and as a high school coach. Above all, he is a devoted father who takes pride in sharing his work and passion with his children—often joined by his daughter at dog trials, industry trade shows, and training demonstrations led by the Chicagoland Protection Dogs team.

His ventures over the past decade have been a reflection of his profound industry knowledge, encompassing canine behavior, nutrition, breeding, and development.
